Title of your project idea: "Two states have one story. Places of fame - a cross-border tourist route".

Objectives of your project idea: Development and promotion of cross-border tourism in the Carpathian region as a unique area of cultural and historical heritage.

The aim of the project is to attract tourists to the leading tourist attractions of the region by implementing a number of activities aimed at the development and promotion of cross-border tourism in the Carpathian region as a unique cultural and historical heritage.

Immediate tasks: 1. To create the preconditions for the development of a cross-border thematic route of the objects of historical and cultural heritage "Places of glory Ferenc Klöchei". 2. To increase the quality of the tourist service at the stations of the route "Places of glory Ferenc Kellchei"

Expected results: 1. Foreign and local tourists will be provided with wider access to historical and cultural attractions and better service. 2. castlŠµ  and castle complexes and museums will improve exhibit activity, strengthen the technical capacity for the development of related tourist animations, strengthen partnership, receive additional skills and tools for attracting visitors. 3. Tour operators of the target region will have the opportunity to offer the best service in the market and generate more profit. 4. For Indirect Target Groups, access to reliable historical and cultural information will be expanded. The number of clients (visitors) will grow. The image of the region will improve, the tax flow to the budget will increase.

Target groups/final beneficiaries: 1. Foreign and local tourists. 2. Castle complexes and museums. 3. Tour operators of the target region. 4. Indirect target groups: - National and cultural communities, - Schools, - Local authorities, - Objects of tourist infrastructure.

Main planned activities: - Expert materials, plans and projects for the improvement of museum exhibitions. - Investment component (castle and castle complexes, ruins of castles of the Khust micro region and Hungarian partner). - Educational component (improvement of excursion activities). - Promotional component (publication of literature, joint journalistic tours and festivals). - cross-border component of cooperation in the Project.
