4 March 2020 - “Open borders for wildlife in the Carpathians” project partners launched the public consultation platform

The role of this platform is to bring together relevant stakeholders from target countries (Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine) who want to actively contribute to project related documents, mainly to: i) the harmonized methodology for identifying and designating the ecological corridors of cross-border interest, ii) the monitoring report on large carnivores (bear, wolf, lynx), iii) the set of management measures for ecological corridors of transboundary interest.

We invite all interested parties to consult existing documents and to register in order to contribute to this consultation process. The current public consultation process (opened from 2.03.2020 until 29.03.2020) aims to receive suggestions for improvement for the harmonized methodology for identification and designating of ecological corridors of transboundary interest.
